Supervision

I am currently training as a Supervisor at the Centre for Supervision Training and Development in Bath.  As part of this training, I am offering discounted Supervision sessions to qualified therapists.

Supervision Model

My supervisory practice is grounded in the Hawkins and Shohet Seven-Eyed Model. This relational and systemic framework allows us to explore your client work from multiple perspectives—focusing not just on the client's story, but also on your internal processing, our relationship, and the wider organizational or systemic context.

I am particularly drawn to the subtle ways the unconscious dynamics between you and your client can mirror themselves within our sessions—a phenomenon known as parallel process. By tuning into these reflections, we can gain valuable new insights that often lead to the most profound clinical breakthroughs

As a psychotherapist, I work with creativity, imagination, metaphor, and embodied expression. I warmly welcome this experiential approach into our supervision sessions if useful, offering a collaborative space to play with ideas, trust your intuition, and explore your clinical work without relying solely on words.
